We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
Custom and personalised items
Items that are made to order, customised, or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Standard (non-custom) items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3D printing finish disclaimer
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, small surface marks, or slight variations may be visible.
These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered faults.
Incorrect orders
If we have made an error with your order, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns on personalised or made-to-order items due to change of mind.
