Products
Many of our products are made using 3D printing technology. Due to the manufacturing process, minor layer lines, small surface imperfections, or slight colour variations may occur. These are normal characteristics and not considered faults.

Custom and made-to-order items
Customised or personalised items are produced specifically to the customer’s requirements and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, sizes, spellings, and specifications are correct before placing an order.

Use of products
Our products are intended for general hobby, display, organisational, or light functional use unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation of our products.

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity occurs.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and courier performance. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Intellectual property
All product designs, images, branding, and website content remain the property of HomeDrive 3D Printing and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeDrive 3D Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
