Thank you for shopping with HomeDrive 3D Printing.

Processing times
Many of our items are made to order using 3D printing technology.
Production time is typically between 2–5 working days before dispatch.
During busy periods this may be slightly longer.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
International: 5–14 working days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping providers
We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or other suitable carriers depending on parcel size and destination.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and contents.

Customs and international orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
